The 35-year-old actor, known for her roles as Gilly in Game of Thrones and Cassie Ainsworth in the teen series Skins, is set to release a memoir detailing her experience of being drawn into a manipulative organization, as reported by The Bookseller.
Discussing the book, Murray shared that it will explore a “deeply personal story that has lived inside me for many years and which it now feels vital to share.”
“I could not be more thrilled to be working with Helen Conford, whose vision for the book aligns perfectly with mine,” she added, referring to her publisher at Hutchinson Heinemann, which is slated to release the memoir in summer 2026 after a competitive 13-way auction.
Hutchinson Heinemann described the memoir as an exploration of the “lure” of those who claim they can save us, “and the deceptive structure of organizations that promise us ‘wellness’.”

The publisher further explained: “It’s about the acting world, but also about the way all of us act, hiding our vulnerabilities from everyone except the people trained to prey on them.”
“This is the story of the blurred line between what is real, and what is an illusion; what we must accept and what we wish to be true; between solid earth beneath your feet and a world where anything is possible if you only commit,” the statement read.
While Murray has not shared further specifics about her ordeal, it is expected that the memoir will shed light on her life after Game of Thrones concluded.
Murray, who found early success in her acting career, later took a break to pursue an English Literature degree at Queen’s College, Cambridge University.
Reflecting on her choice to return to education, she told Loose Women in 2019: “I just wanted to do it. I really loved literature and I wanted to take a bit of time out from the industry. I’ve got friends who are doctors and lawyers. I think an English degree really helps with acting.”
She compared the final season of Game of Thrones to “the end of school.”
“It feels like the end of school or the end of university with such an important group of people, I’m going to miss going to work with them every day,” she said.
“I think it’s going to take a while to really sink in how a phenomenon the show really is, that it’s the biggest show in the world and I’m in it.”

Robbie Williams asks public to think before they ‘type anything on the internet’ in heartbreaking post about Liam Payne

The ‘Angels’ singer, 50, opened up to fans about his feelings of “shock, sadness and confusion” as he broke his silence on Liam’s untimely passing at 31.
He reflected on how Liam’s “trials and tribulations were very similar” to his own as he looked back on the late singer’s life.
Musicians and celebrities have been remembering Liam after police in Argentina reported that he died after falling from the third-floor balcony of a Buenos Aires hotel on Wednesday.

Liam initially found fame as a member of One Direction, which became a global phenomenon after finishing third on The X Factor in 2010.
Robbie, a former member of Take That who also began his career in a boy band, took to social media on Friday morning to share his thoughts on Liam’s death and his own struggles with addiction.
The father of four posted a drawing of an email exchange that appeared to be between him and Liam as he paid tribute on Instagram.

“How to make sense of the Liam Payne tragedy?” Robbie started in a lengthy caption. “Obviously, my first feelings towards his passing were like everyone else. Shock, sadness and confusion. And to be honest as I write these words that’s where I still am.”
He went on: “I met the boys on The X Factor and ‘’mentored’’ them. I use the word mentored in inverted brackets cos I hardly did anything to be honest. I just hung out with them. They were all cheeky and lovely.
“I enjoyed the light hearted piss takery and Thought about all the times I was that cheeky pisstaker with the Popstars that had gone before me when I was in Take That.
“Our paths have crossed ever since that day and I’m fond of them all. Liam’s trials and tribulations were very similar to mine, so it made sense to reach out and offer what I could. So I did.”

Robbie also urged kindness from his followers, writing: “I guess in these moments it’s worth repeating – WE DON’T KNOW WHATS GOING ON IN PEOPLE’S LIVES. WHAT PAIN THEY’RE GOING THROUGH AND WHAT MAKES THEM BEHAVE IN THE WAY THAT THEY BEHAVE. BEFORE WE REACH TO JUDGEMENT, A BIT OF SLACK NEEDS TO BE GIVEN.
“BEFORE YOU TYPE ANYTHING ON THE INTERNET, HAVE A THINK ‘’DO I REALLY NEED TO PUBLISH THIS?’’, BECAUSE THAT’S WHAT YOU’RE DOING. YOU’RE PUBLISHING YOUR THOUGHTS FOR ANYBODY TO READ.
“EVEN IF YOU DON’T REALLY THINK THAT CELEBRITIES OR THEIR FAMILIES EXIST. THEY F***ING DO. SKIN AND BONE AND IMMENSELY SENSITIVE.”
The “Rock DJ” singer then touched on his own struggles with addiction. Having been sober for over 20 years, Robbie shared with his followers: “I still had my demons at 31. I relapsed. I was in pain. I was in pain because I relapsed.
“I relapsed because of a multitude of painful reasons. I remember Heath Ledger passing and thinking ‘’I’m next’’. By the grace of god and/or dumb luck I’m still here.
“The internet will unfortunately carry on being the internet. The media will unfortunately carry on being the media and fame will carry on being fame.
“As individuals though we have the power to change ourselves. We can be kinder. We can be more empathic. We can at least try to be more compassionate towards ourselves, our family, our friends, strangers in life and strangers on the internet.”
Robbie ended his tribute to Liam with: “Even famous strangers need your compassion. What a Handsome Talented boy. What a tragic painful loss for his friends, family, fans and by the looks of the energy this moment has created – The World. Be Kind.”
Following Liam’s death on Wednesday, five witnesses were interviewed to piece together what occurred, according to the prosecutor’s office.
Reports indicated that hotel staff made two calls to emergency services, with audio revealing that a staff member had requested help for a guest who was “intoxicated by drugs and alcohol.”
Authorities in Buenos Aires said the music star’s hotel room was “in complete disarray” with “various items broken.”
They noted that a whiskey bottle, lighter, and mobile phone were recovered from the internal hotel courtyard where Liam’s body was discovered.
One Direction fans gathered outside the Argentine hotel to mourn his death, lighting candles and laying flowers as part of a vigil.

‘One Tree Hill’ star opens up on ‘PTSD’ of ‘sex schedule’ after marrying cult-leader’s son

One Tree Hill actress Bethany Joy Lenz has shockingly revealed that she was on a “sex schedule” with her ex-husband who was the son of a cult leader.
The 43-year-old star was a household name in the early 2000s due to her role as Haley James Scott on the CW show, starring alongside Chad Michael Murray and Sophia Bush.

Joy Lenz recently appeared on the Call Her Daddy podcast to candidly open up about her six-year marriage to a man she describes as the Big House Family cult leader’s son.
The Savoring Paris star said while the early stages of their romance were “playful and easy,” they didn’t have “a lot in common” with her ex, whom she refers to as QB.
“There wasn’t a lot of intellectual stimulation. But I had kinda run out of options. Like, I couldn’t date a non-Christian and I couldn’t really date anybody outside of the group… So it just became this sort of arranged situation,” she said, cited by Entertainment Weekly.Watch a snippet from the interview below:
Joy Lenz told Cooper that the couple realized that they were incompatible after officially getting married. She described herself as having a “crazy sex drive,” and revealed that she never felt that way about her ex.
“It felt like this promise that I had been given as a good evangelical was a big crock. Like, what the heck? I thought if I save myself for marriage, then the promise is amazing sex and super deep intimacy, and nothing’s ever as good,” she said.
“And then we have sex, and it’s like, ‘Why do I feel so sad? I don’t feel more connected to you. I feel farther away from you.’ And I don’t think that necessarily had anything to do with saving myself for marriage. It was just that I married the wrong person,” she continued.
As the Christmas Secret actress was “so disinterested in sex,” her former husband implemented a “sex schedule” into their marriage.
“I was then asked to go on a schedule, basically, of, like, ‘You just have to do it. Just do it. This is your duty. This is your job as a wife. Your emotions will fall in line. If you do it enough, then eventually, you will find a way to enjoy it,’” she explained.

The One Tree Hill alum stated that she took her vows and commitment to God very seriously which is why she went along with the schedule, which usually came into effect when her ex-partner was in town as he often traveled.
She “hated” following the “routine,” but “had to participate in in order to keep the peace in my marriage,” she told the host.
Joy Lenz, who shares a daughter with QB, also divulged that the situation gave her PTSD and “really affected” her relationships specifically when she had to pick her boyfriends up at the airport.
“I had so much PTSD from showing up at the airport to see him knowing that I was gonna have to start this sex schedule for the next, like, two weeks or three weeks or whatever,” she added.
Joy Lenz, who revealed that she was in the cult during her time on One Tree Hill, disclosed further details about her marriage in her forthcoming memoir, Dinner for Vampires.
The memoir will hit shelves on October 22.

In the wake of the harrowing news, Osbourne has taken to Instagram to write a message for her “friend.”
“Liam, my heart aches,” the star wrote in a post alongside a photo of Payne. “We all let you down. Where was this industry when you needed them? You were just a kid when you entered one of the toughest industries in the world. Who was in your corner?
“Rest in peace my friend,” she concluded before tagging the singer’s Instagram account.Have a look at the full post below:
The official account for his former boyband One Direction, who were active between 2010 and 2016, has released a statement on behalf of all the members.
Taking to Instagram, the statement read: “We’re completely devastated by the news of Liam’s passing. In time, and when everyone is able to, there will be more to say. But for now, we will take some time to grieve and process the loss of our brother, who we loved dearly.
“The memories we shared with him will be treasured forever. For now, our thoughts are with his family, his friends, and the fans who loved him alongside us,” the statement continued before signing off: “We will miss him terribly. We love you, Liam. – Louis, Zayn, Niall, and Harry.”

Some of the band members also released individual statements reflecting on their thoughts during this difficult period.
Louis Tomlinson took to his personal Instagram account to emphasize his love for his “brother.”
“I am beyond devastated to be writing this but yesterday I lost a brother,” he wrote. “Liam was somebody I looked up to everyday, such a positive, funny, and kind soul. I first met Liam when he was 16 and I was 18, I was instantly amazed by his voice but more importantly as time went on I got a chance to see the kind brother I’d longed all my life for.”
He continued: “Liam was an incredible song writer with a great sense of melody, we often spoke of getting back in the studio together to try and recreate the writing chemistry we had built up in the band. And for the record, Liam was in my opinion the most vital part of One Direction. His experience from a young age, his perfect pitch, his stage presence, his gift for writing. The list goes on. Thank you for shaping us Liam.”
Tomlinson then went on to directly address his close friend in a touching segment of the statement.
“A message to you Liam if you’re listening, I feel beyond lucky to have had you in my life but I’m really struggling with the idea of saying goodbye. I’m so grateful that we got even closer since the band, speaking on the phone for hours, reminiscing about all the thousands of amazing memories we had together is a luxury I thought I’d have with you for life. I would have loved to share the stage with you again but it wasn’t to be.”
He also stated that he would be there for Payne’s son, Bear, seven, if he ever needed anything.
“I want you to know that if Bear ever needs me I will be the Uncle he needs in his life and tell him stories of how amazing his dad was. I wish I got [a] chance to say goodbye and tell you one more time how much I loved you,” he said before concluding: “Payno, my boy, one of my best friends, my brother, I love you mate. Sleep well.”

Zayn Malik also posted a statement that read: “I have found myself talking out loud to you, hoping you can hear me. I can’t help but think selfishly that there [were] so many more conversations for us to have in our lives. I never got to thank you for supporting me through some of the most difficult times in my life.”
Speaking candidly Malik reflected on their time in the band as teenagers writing: “When I was missing home as a 17-year-old kid you would always be there with a positive outlook and reassuring smile and let me know that you were my friend and that I was loved. Even though you were younger than me, you were always more sensible than me.”
Malik also added that Payne was “headstrong, opinionated and gave no f**ks about telling people when they were wrong” and that even though the pair “butted heads” a few times, he “secretly respected” Payne because of it.
“I was always happy to know, no matter what happened on stage, we could always rely on you to know which way to steer the ship next,” the post continued. “I lost a brother when you left us and can’t explain to you what I’d give to just give you a hug one last time and say goodbye to you properly and tell you that I loved and respected you dearly.
“I will cherish all the memories I have with you in my heart forever,” the Bradford-born singer added.
Harry Styles also posted a tribute to his late band member, writing: “I am truly devastated by Liam’s passing. His greatest joy was making other people happy, and it was an honor to be alongside him as he did it. Liam lived wide open, with his heart on his sleeve, he had an energy for life that was infectious.”
Styles went on to describe his former bandmate stating: “He was warm, supportive and incredibly loving. The years we spent together will forever remain among the most cherished years of my life. I will miss him always, my lovely friend.”
Signing off his post, the ‘Sign of the Times’ hitmaker also shared his condolences with Payne’s family: “My heart breaks for Karen, Geoff, Nicola and Ruth, his son Bear, and all those around the world who knew and loved him, as I did.”
Niall Horan also shared a heartfelt message writing: “I’m absolutely devastated about the passing of my amazing friend, Liam. It just doesn’t feel real.
“Liam had an energy for life and a passion for work that was infectious. He was the brightest in every room and always made everyone feel happy and secure. All the laughs we had over the years, sometimes about the simplest of things, keep coming to mind through the sadness.”
He continued: “We got to live out our wildest dreams together and I will cherish every moment we had forever. The bond and friendship we had doesn’t happen often in a lifetime.
“I feel so fortunate that I got to see him recently. I sadly didn’t know that after saying goodbye and hugging him that evening, I would be saying goodbye forever. It’s heartbreaking. My love and condolences go out to Geoff, Karen, Ruth, Nicola, and of course his son Bear. Thank you for everything, Payno. Love you brother. Nialler.”

Williams revealed to her followers that she first noticed a lump on her neck back in May.
“I immediately went to the doc got a MRI and was told I have a brachial cyst,” she penned in the caption.
According to the Cleveland Clinic, brachial cysts are “small fluid-filled sacs that may look like lumps under your skin on the side of your neck”.
They can appear at any age but are most often found in children. Though they are typically benign, meaning not cancerous, doctors may recommend surgery “to prevent or treat infections or recurrent (returning) swelling,” per the outlet.Watch Williams’ TikTok below:
The Grandslam champion learned the cyst “kept growing” on her skin and was the size of a grapefruit, so medics advised her to have it removed.
“It kind of hurt coming out. Obviously, I went under for it, but they had to put a drain in it because it was so much,” she said in the video. “But everything worked out, and I feel really happy to have worked with some great doctors.”
Williams recorded herself after the operation with a bandage visible on her neck and sporting a face mask. “I am feeli[n]g so grateful and fortunate everything worked out, and most of all, I’m healthy,” she penned in the caption.
The end of the clip shows the mom-of-two going to an American Girl doll store with her eldest daughter, Olympia, while still recovering from the surgery.
“Mommy is suffering, but mom has to keep showing up,” Williams quipped in the video.

Many fans have taken to the comment section to send their well wishes to the incredible athlete.
“So glad it wasn’t the big c and you are going to be better!! Your precious girls need their momma,” one user wrote.
“Praying for an amazing recovery,” a second chimed in. “Ohhhh wishing you a strong recovery Champ,” a third added.
Wiliams shared the video on TikTok on X and wrote in the captions that she missed many events because of the surgery such as Glamour Magazine’s Woman of the Year awards, and fellow Tennis star Rafael Nadal’s retirement.
“I am still recovering, but getting better. Health always comes first,” she added, to which her husband, Alexis Ohanian, responded: “You’re such a fighter. And such a great mama.”
